One of the best! I keep going back for their eclectic selection of tea. The yummy food is an added bonus. I'd tell you what to try but that would be the entire menu. I also like the ambience and the decor. They have their eyes on every minute decorative details, even in spaces like the washroom. The staff are friendly. The best part is when I like a flavour of tea on the menu, I can always bag a pack from their front store and come home with detailed instructions on how to brew it in my kitchen. Just lovely!

Truly pocket friendly considering the location and ambiance of the cafe. No compromise on the quality & quantity part. Highly recommend the tea, they have a huge variety to offer. Highly recommended.

A tea lover's paradise in the heart of south kolkata. Their in-house baked items and momos are a delight. Ordering tea could be tricky as they use flavour infused tea so it's best to ask before ordering.

I'm a regular visitor to this cafe and have always found the staff to be helpful. Today, I had an office meeting and needed to take a call. I asked a staff member, who I'd never met before, if I could use the extended quiet room since it was empty and the cafe wasn't busy. He agreed, so I took my call and moved to the room. However, while I was on the call, he kept asking me to move back to the main area, disrupting my meeting. I tried to gesture to him that I was in a meeting, but he didn't seem to understand. It was really frustrating because I had specifically asked for permission to use the room and was only going to be 10 minutes. Given that it wasn't a busy time, I didn't think I was asking for too much. The staff member's behavior was disappointing, and I ended up leaving and finishing my work at another cafe nearby. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off working from this cafe in the future.😓

beverages are very very basic and mid. tea tasted like store bought tea bag. price is too much for the quantity of tea they serve. basic thing like sugar we had to ask for, it wasn't already served. food is also very mid. not visiting again.

Absolutely disappointed! Got served raw chicken and when we called the server to let them know they did nothing! Matcha was so bland. It was more milk than matcha. And the service is poor. Call me ten times and maybe the they will hear. Honestly, the worst cafe experience i have had till date.
