The food was probably good, but the service was pretty bad in this outlet, tbh. I've visited their other outlet and the service there was good. But this one's service has been lacking. They are not attentive to their customer. Overall food experience was pretty impressive.

Waiting time is very long, kasturi food is good to have online delivered, restaurant visit at barasat is not recommended at all, even the entrance staircase need attention to be cleaned

Disappointing Experience with Kasturi for Bhaiphota We ordered food for eight people and confirmed with the manager a day before to make sure it would be good. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t live up to the hype or price. The Bhetki Paturi was bland, the Gondhoraj Chicken had no flavor, and the Chilli Posto Paneer Fry tasted like the paneer wasn’t fresh. The food was cold when we picked it up, and by evening, it had started to smell bad. Overall, it was not a good experience and didn’t meet our expectations.

I hope the owner sees the review. He should be performing random visits and taste testing. Last time i visited waiter suggested to have thor (banana stem) with luchi (poori)! This time ordered Chicken Dhakai Roast, got chilli paste water and undercooked chickens as surprise gift! Raw meat cost is 200₹ per kilo and Kasturi sends 2 pcs for ₹600! SSC rejected teachers seems to have joined Kasturi

Absolutely nonsense management, delayed my order for 2 hours for just fish fries , moreover they don't pick up the call, think themselves very smart, pathetic brand pathetic staff pathetic management, you should take action for harassing your guests. Very very bad experience

Worst food I have ever had and very much unprofessional behaviour of the restaurant… I called for ordering some food before listening the whole thing the one who was on call just cut the call on my face… kindly change the chef and staff as well.

We went with a family of 14 people for a get together but our experience was quite disappointing. The service was really bad and we had to wait for around 1 hr for the order to come.
