Great ambiance. Perfect place for outing with your loved ones. I tried gondhoraj combo and many more. They served good quality of food, taste and quantity is superb here 👌 ...location is very easy to find..humble staff.... gondhoraj combo is a must try here

We have been served by Mr. Bhola.. he was pretty cordial and helped us to each step. He was proactive enough and pretty friendly.

The packaging was worse, they gave Fish and chips in PAPER pack, the one Which medicine shops provide for taking one strip of tablet. Totally disapointed with this, oil was leaking from the outer plastic. Request you to please change this, and use FOIL atleast. Overall Food no doubt best.

Had chicken hot and sour soup, chicken chow, egg dal tadka.....The soup was very thick and the sweet. The chow was very oily and the chicken pieces were very hard as if taken out from the refrigerator. The dal tadka never tasted like tadka and it seemed that the gravy part was replaced by oil only...

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE We ordered chicken manchow soup and it was chefs mistake that he added too much chilly thus the soup was way too spicy.Me and my husband were literally crying from our eyes and nose after taking a spoon or two as it was too spicy and uneatable. When asked if anything can be done they said chicken manchow soups are spicy ( We had monchow soup before from kavarna and that was sweet and sour with bearable spicy even my 1 year old child was able to taste it) .They brought us ketchup instead of replacing it which is such a stupid thing as a solution.We ate just because we didn’t want our ₹125 each to be wasted .They watched me crying ,couching , taking the excess chilly out which I wish I would have taken picture of. The waiter had the audacity to came and say causally “chef added too much chilly and we have asked him to correct it” and left without hearing me. Hello thats not helping us. Mistakes can happen but “No apology” nothing…..At least they could have made some discount or offer a cold drink or at least water as a gesture.If they would have done any of the above I wouldn't have write this review instead they were shamelessly watched and didn’t do anything to comfort us. We are paying to have a good time and food not to cry because of your mistake.Our evening was ruined and we lost our mood to order anything else from there.We didn’t create any scene as we had small kid with us.I was so angry I came out and had cold drink to cool my stomach.Its night and my stomach is still burning. Never going back there.Learn to accept your mistake and then come in this business.You will loose your business if you only care for money and not on your behaviour towards your customers.

Hotel executives are very unprofessional. Rather than customers, they were busy with loud political discussion and ABP Ananda political debate (TV). It felt like I was in the brigade (party gathering).

There might be instances where a cafe might have difficulties but arguing with guests and back talking is not acceptable.... Extremely bad experience...
