Visited Kesaria Junction at Axis Mall New Town. Had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. Tried BBQ Chicken Wings, Veg Fried Rice, Garlic Burnt Fried Rice and Pan-Fried Fish Gravy — all tasted good, especially the wings and garlic rice. Drinks (Blue Lagoon & Kesaria’s Special Mojito) were refreshing. Ended with Gulab Jamun with Vanilla Ice Cream, which was a perfect sweet finish. Service was decent and the ambience is unique with its train theme. Overall, a good experience.

I recently visited Keshariya Junction, and it turned out to be a really good experience. The food quality was impressive, especially the North Indian dishes which were rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The spices were well-balanced—not too oily, not too bland—just right.

The food quality is comparatively better than other outlet in Axis mall .They covered Chinese & north Indian cuisine both so it’s great place for family get together

Had an wonderful experience on 31st night and awesome taste of food.. Chicken tikka biriyani and Murgi lababdar combination were really great..Thanks for hosting us ..

I went to Kesariya Junction to celebrate Nobo Borsho with my family on Saturday. The ambience of the place was good but we got a table near the washroom which was pretty unclean. The table mats and the spoons were dirty and on request was replaced. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for arrival of food and the food served were cold. On request a hot plate of malai chicken was served. We tried their chicken drumsticks which were average and bit spicy, malai chicken kebab which was really delicious, Chicken biriyani which was good but again cold so didn't taste good. Also we tried chicken lababdar which was not good and masala kulcha which was pathetic. Overall the quantity was sufficient but the quality of the food needs to be upgraded and most importantly hot food needs to be served.

The naan was terrible. It was hard and not chewable. Chicken starter was good but it was not what we ordered.

Service is very bad as the given instructions were not followed. food served after waiting for more than 30 mins. we just ordered soup, starter and mocktail. we asked them to be served together. soup came in 20 mins then 30 mins later starter was served. we asked mocktail without ice but the same was served filled with too many ice cubes.

Manager and staff are not active we waited for more than 30 minutes even unnoticed and also later after raising complain two times the manger came. There was no rush in the restaurant and even most of the seats are empty but they are not able to manage and ignoring customers.
