I had ordered 4 sundaes from keventers day before yesterday and among which two of them were half empty and one of the glass containers were cracked. When the management of keventers saw this they reached put to me and send me one jar each of the sundaes I ordered. It was a very nice gesture from there side on clearing the earlier mishap caused.

The sundae was not upto the mark. It tasted like mint and chocolate icecream but the biscuit was very hard. The mint flavour was so strong. Not really a favorite

Does not deliver the promised quantity and quality of the items and also in the name of thick milkshakes they are serving watery or very thin shakes. It is very sad to see such cheap behaviour from a very renowned brand.

Staff behaviour is too rude. If he is not in mood to serve then please don’t but don’t be impolite and ill-mannered .. And the Milkshake was too sweet .. Didn’t like it at all..

The behaviour of the staff was very rude kept me waiting for long and on asking anything the staff was not answering properly
