Loved this new outlet in Rosedale plaza, opposite to university of engineering and management. Tried 2 all chicken buckets, 2 cokes, 1 medium popcorn. The total amount came up to 450/- Liked the food. The chicken crispy wasn't upto the mark but rest, everything was fine. The ambience was great!

Please please please bring back the rice bowl you used to serve previous to this horrible biryani...please remove this biryani from your menu and get back the rice bowl...i really miss the rice bowl

I have ordered from kfc. Although my delivery location was Serampore and they didn't agree to come to my location rather they picked up their location by own and I agreed. I asked my friend to collect the order from their location but they rejected the order from back end .my payment was done and I didn't get the delivery. Hopeless service. Didn't expect it from such a brand KFC and Zomato!!

i went to order in kfc rosedale branch. i was standing in a qeue for 10 minutes they were having only 1 counter open to take the order. i asked the billing person as only 1 person was standing for 10 minutes in front of me after giving his order. i asked him will it take time sir? he told me very arrogantly that yaa. this was not expected from such a big brand. staffs name is soumitra.

Horrible service. My order has been delayed over an hour on two occasions and had to be eventually cancelled. They did not have the courtesy to call and inform. Please delist this outlet.

I ordered burger and the food was cold and size was small. I request you to not delivere this type of food
