Ordered two spicy thai chicken rolls and a crispy chicken bucket. Firstly, one roll was missing. When I called to inquire with them the instruction provided was very confusing so I asked them to repeat and they hung up on me. Thankfully Zomato did their part and initiated my refund Coming to the food, The roll was the worst I had ever tried. The stuffing was okay but the bread was so hard that my jaw was hurting. Nobody could eat that. You can't even pull that apart. Even the crispy fried chicken had some weird burnt oil smell. This was my worst experience in KFC! Waste of money!
