food is not as per other kfc standards, zinger was served with stale bread, other chicken items we had ordered are not as per kfc standards.

Ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl at the KFC Sector 5 (RDB) outlet and the experience was terrible. The chicken pieces were extremely tiny and barely looked like chicken. Staff claimed the reduced price meant reduced quantity but that doesn’t justify poor quality. The taste was below average, hygiene was missing (no gloves), and the staff member, Rakhi, was rude when asked for a replacement. Really disappointing service and food.

tonight date -28.01.2025, we went to KFC (Address:- Salt lake,sector 5, opposite Barbeque nation, kolkata) for dinner with family but they served very bad rotten chicken which smelled very bad. I had a huge argument with the manager but in the end he refunded me but who knows how many people are falling ill after eating such rotten food ?

They gave one mexican zinger after 20 minutes with a rock solid bread impossible for a person to take a bite and after that they have the audacity to ask me to change the bread myself.
