I visited last week Acropolis Mall so when I reached food court was not decided which counter to go for quick bite but my son is very fond of KFC so straight went to kiosk and place the order of Burger , Popcorn chicken and French fries along with Pepsi, the quality of food is gone down and the popcorn which I received there was hardly chicken chunk more of crumbs when I complained they change it but being a flagship brands didn’t expect the quality from KFC!

the restaurant workers keep smiling and giggling png themselves, customers have least priority, system does not work, zero flexibility in payment, I was asked to pay in card or get lost. AMAZING service and behavior, will not visit another kfc ever again.
