Tried their #chizza for the first time. It was mind blowing. Chicken was cut in equal portions, making it easier to share. Free drinking water is available. Staffs are good & cooperating.

This is the second time in the month I am visiting KFC at Stall Mall, Barasat. Both the days, it was same lady at the counter, a terrible experience on both the days. It was late last time when we went, she misguided us with the menu. She was reluctant to give us food of our choice. Added, she can very well fool you with dips and charge extra. Even today there was no transparency, since there was no such menu displayed, I asked if 6pcs chicken bucket is available or not, she kept saying yes 6pcs chicken bucket with 2 dips is available at 612, I thought it was a combo. Later at home when I saw the bill, it showed extra 50rs was charged. I really don't know if a brand like KFC is training their employees at counter to fool customer this way by not keeping transparency. We as customers from well to do background, feel very bad to misbehave with people at the counter, but unfortunately, we are left with only two alternatives either you get fooled or to misbehave.

The worst ever experience.These people don't even deserve to be rated in positive I wish I had an option to rate them in negative. I ordered a meal at 08:32 pm and expected time of delivery was 09:17pm at 11:00 order is still not dispatched and they cancel the order without a single information being provided. These people can't even handle good customer service.Worst ever experience.This is the reason why people choose Popeyes,burger king and McDonald's because they have business ethics and sense of responsibility to keep there customers informed Rather than taking the money and providing shit like service.

Yesterday we visited KFC at Star Mall.When we ask the boy to add the offered menu two cold drinks at Rs.99 je at first refused to give this.When we force them they give us one pesi one 7up.But 7up was not 7up.It was a cold water mixed with some soda.Management of this restaurant hires some inefficient boys in their counter who are doing these wrong things.We don't know how get are getting courage to make people fool.I'll definitely complaint this matter to our consumer forum and also food quality inspection department of Govt. of India against this branch about this branch.

Yesterday I ordered burger for my home, and inside burger there was a glass. While preparing food people of kfc are not careful I believe. There products can kill us. People be careful while having this foods. I'm thinking if my mom would have ate it if she couldn't find it out, what would have happened? I'm asking you kfc company will you be responsible if anything happens to anyone because of your carelessness?? Useless people in useless company. Playing fun with people's lives.

Workers are confused and hardly read the bills. I was served the wrong item and they never even apologised for it and showed me my mistake. They gave me the eggless mayo instead of the Tandoori one and when I approached with my bill they said that it was touched. Then why did you serve the wrong item in the first place?
