It's probably the worst branch of KFC, I mean they've such a big place in such a brilliant location but did no maintenance. The top floor sitting was not clean at all, water coming from the ac logged on the floor. The tables weren't cleaned, the washroom was dirty. This branch doesn't seem to belong to an international brand. Nothing special to say about their food it's almost the same in every branch all over India but the staff behave a little differently here. We took a combo with 4 dips but they only gave 2 authentic dips that came seal and 2 in styrofoam cups that were not sealed. Not sure what's going on there but there's definitely something wrong.

staff behaviour is very bad here.. when my old mom and dad asking for smaller quantity of a dish, they simply ignored and said that's not available whereas I have ordered even a single piece in different locations across India and abroad. KFC should take a look at this branch staff. I never faced any issue in other branches.

worst branch ever as the food was horrible and the chicken was undercooked. I would never recommend anyone to visit this branch. I visited twice and both the time I was disappointed as the chicken was undercooked both times.
