The chicken was juicy and fresh. It tastes great with both the dips. The best thing about kfc is that we dont have to wait for too long. Service was good.

I went in for dine in at 11pm, where in zomato it shows it’s open till 12pm for dine in. The staff refused me for the same also said there are only limited options for fountain drinks. Post that they were providing me with the food and two coke glasses to carry by hand alone.. after voice they provided me with a carry bag. Moreover to this.. after carrying my order down the kfc building complex.. I see the main complex door is locked and I had to go all the way to the store to tell the staff to open the door for me… When they knew I was going out.. but still didn’t care to go down to open the gate. Very stupid behaviour.. in the photo please check my phone time(this was taken after getting out from kfc)

Very disgusting, The price of the food is approx Rs 300 and the quantity was not even of Rs 100... Instead of grilled chicken you have provided normal fried chicken.... The quantity was so less that it couldn't even serve 1. Very disgusting 👎

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the delivery service. Only half our food was delivered, an empty box was delivered, the food was cold. Please refrain from ordering from this particular outlet. Truly a disgrace in the name of KFC.

Very Untidy place , even in this weather they have turned off the conditioning in some of the places. Also even after asking they did not even turn it on . Its very unfortunate place to be may be ine of the worst KFC unit in Kolkata

The quality that KFC is serving is not up to the mark at all for the excessive prices they charge for it. The meat they served was not fresh and the food seemed to be prepared in a hurry.

I had ordered 2 pcs fried chicken.. i rcvd 1 small wing pc.. ggat too was not well cooked.. very poor quality.
