KFC is everybody's favorite and so is mine too ! So whenever I visit South City Mall I visit this KFC store and refresh my mouth with their yummilicious foods. I love their quantity and quality. They maintain a great hygiene and is very safe during this pandemic situation. The staffs are very much polite and is very much helpful. Their prices are much more reasonable now than before. But what I felt most exciting was their introduction of new dessert in Kolkata mall. The Chocolate Mud pie. It is highly recommended and a must try. The price is much more reasonable and the taste is worth it ! Another one is there but i am not so sure about its name. Maybe its a brownie but when I will go next time I will try that for sure ! Apart from that I had usual and I wonder why I haven't reviewed this KFC before. I have visited here like 50 times. But today I got the time to write and introduced you guys a new dessert launched by KFC. Please try guys !! And as far as we know about the south city food court, it has a peaceful and comfortable seating arrangements and you will enjoy it nicely with a soothing dessert !!

The staff has such a polite and decent attitude towards their customer...food taste finger licking good. Deliver time is fast, we don't need to stand in a long queue and Yes.! We visit every now and then to eat aswell as to meet a working staff(Nargish whom me befriended her when we visited their).

Really good ambience good taste quantity quality too good must try Mini chicken popcorn. Nice . Mouthwatering food.

The ladies who serve at the counter always try to give off smaller pieces in spite of repeated telling or paying extra for choice of chicken. They argue saying that only these can be given. This has been repeatedly found. please take immediate actions.

The staff behaviour is the worst here - especially Moumita! In all conversations she was rude and didn’t help me at all which ended me buying extra dipping sauce which was not required at all. KFC is such a nice place to eat but I don’t think people shouldn’t be misusing their brand and name.

This is the worst KFC outlet, particularly during Sundays! Too much rush, they charge excessively at the food court, bland chicken, no dips or drinks provided! Won't recommend!

One of my friends went to eat kfc and found this in his meal. This is horrible on so many levels. People should stop eating from kfc
