Went for dinner today, we were two families oura being non veg and our friends were satvik foodies.... both type of dishes were fabulous quality and quantity wise.... we were served by bijoy who was very courteous.... the live band by a young lady singing Hindi & Bengali oldies was topping oon the ice.

• Food taste was good and cleanliness was maintained. • Service felt clumsy and not proactive. • Had to repeatedly call for basic things like water and service. • Mocktails were delayed for almost 30 minutes and poor communication was maintained regarding availability. • One mocktail order was initially forgotten as well. • AC cooling was weak and seating felt uncomfortable. • Used plates were not replaced between courses, which was disappointing for a premium-priced restaurant. • Staff were polite, but the overall hospitality standards could be better for the pricing. • Overall rating: 4/5.

Wrongly overcharging GST at 18% for online reservations instead of 5% citing they have filed for 3 star status. As per GST rules, restaurants in hotels can charge 18% GST only if the room tariff exceeds ₹7,500 per day and they don't qualify for that.
