I went there for buffet lunch on 11th Aug 2024 with my friends. The chicken starter (chili chicken) wasn't upto any standard, the chicken pieces were very hard to chew. The Indian menus were better and the Lemonade was very well prepared. Service need to improve like most places in Kolkata and since I stay outside Bengal it strikes me first always. The air conditioning needs to improve as it doesn't cover the dinning area evenly.

Food was pathetic, chilly garlic noodles were bland, it had no taste, no garlic. Smoky chicken bbq also sucked. only drinks were fine.

We came for a lunch buffet that was also pre-informed around 10:30am in the morning. After reaching we were informed that there is no buffet spread but it will be served on the table. Then they informed us that the food will just be kept on the table and they won't serve it we will have to help ourselves. Only 1 server was present Firstly the starters were brought after 30 mins that also in less quantity for a group of 14. Then mocktails were served in 50p plastic glasses. The so-called chicken tandoori was managed in a hurry, it was tasteless and raw(picture posted). We had to remind them repeatedly to repeat the food and wait for eternity. Ultimately we could not bear the humiliation so called the manager and asked to pay half the amount and leave, to my surprise he readily agreed and prepared the bill. It was the worst service I've ever seen in my life any restaurant could provide. Why host when you can't provide? They are unmanned. Food is tasteless. Service is very poor. Unnecessarily loud music and hot interiors.

worthless restaurant guys,had done a booking yesterday through Zomato app but still for birthday party the cafe was booked and they made us sit in the first floor that was totally crap no feeling of care my uber money also got wasted when I have paid for the cafe why the hell I will sit in the shadiana place of the cafe,3rd class .guys do not visit here ,totally waste of time

Don't go by the pictures. The cafe is located on top of a banquet hall..and a very old type building. The floor and chairs were quite dusty. The buffet was not good..looked more like marriage buffet setting rather than a cafe. It just misses the vibe you might be looking for in a cafe. The food was also not upto mark. Also the zomato discount is not available on the buffet.

From service to food everything was just pathetic,was my first time trying this cafe but it came out an nightmare.They have to improve in everything what's necessary for a dine in.food price was overhiped and the food quantity was very less .only thing I enjoyed was the ambience

worst experience, Less amount delivered against price taken for full amount. Very bad packaging,not fastened properly,anyone can open.Non Hygienic.Not resolving issues. Order No 5580.

Staff behaviour was horrible. Food options not much there but what ever is there that also smelled and stale food served. Just waste of money.Highly Disappointed.
