Went there on Dashami to have their Dashami special Thali. Though there was a long queue outside the restaurant, we somehow managed to get our seat within half an hour. Very much impressed with this place and there food quality. This place can hold good no of people at a time. Found it perfect for group lunch and specially for family lunch nd dinner. People are polite and welcoming. Around 16/17 items were there in total. Absolutely loved the idea of serving food on clay made plate and bowl, best suited for Durgapuja special lunch. Will surely recommend this place to my friends and others.

Yesterday I visited Kolkata Rajbari with my friends for lunch. The ambience of this restaurant is very aesthetic. We tried there Fish Fry , Luchi Thali and Aiburobhat Thali. All the items were of good taste. The services and behaviour of the staffs were also very nice.

Went there on sashthi, they were mainly serving thalis, as one the friend was fasting due to navratri, we ordered basanti polao, paneer and sweets for her, and me and my other friend ate basanti polao and methi chicken. Both tasted good , maharani paneer was not at all good, 5..6 pieces if paneer cubes found submerged in gravy. Need to improve their food.

My experience at Kolkata Rajbari Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff misled me about parking, which caused my bike to get fined by the traffic police. When I approached the management, they were rude and denied any responsibility instead of helping. Such behavior is very unprofessional and shows poor customer care. Restaurants should ensure not only good food but also correct guidance and respectful treatment of their guests. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

I am so shocked by there behaviour when we were about to pay , as the restraunt itself is registered in easy dinner app and through the app there is a walk-in offer ( everyone gets some offer on the bill despite of not not booking a table ) and they simply rejected as that was not their policy to accept payment. Then why did you even register to that app if the customers can't avail the discounts provided by it.

Infront of me one customer complained that they found a cockroach on their food, very unhygienic food and smelly ambience, quality of the food needs to be improved as well added to it staffs are not polite and helpful.
