they serve authentic Bengali food, price is reasonable, food is tasty but less spicy compared to other Bengali food restaurants of the city, and service is very good at the nagerbajar branch. one small tip for newcomers to this branch- they serve excellent Chitol Peti roast, it is very big in size, juicy and fatty. but strangely it is not present in the printed menu! so ask the waiter if you r a chitol peti lover😊.

Very tasty food. Took some time to prepare, but totally worth the wait. We ordered Sorse Ilish, luchi, kosha mangsho, tomato chutney, beguni, steamed rice. Everything was finger licking delicious!

I recently visited this restaurant and was genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. The dishes were flavorful, well-presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Every item we ordered was a hit, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the ambience and space left a bit to be desired. The interior felt slightly cramped, and the decor could use an upgrade to match the quality of the food. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend it for the food and service alone—you won’t be disappointed!

3 is overall rating...of my orders minibhoj chkn kosa thali and fish fry...my rating of fish fry yesterday was 2 because the fish quality inside was surely not Calcutta fresh bhetki..I always had issue with size of fry nd small fish content but yesterday is was much much below average because of poor fish quality (earlier was ok) . minibhoj thali was as usual fine only concern chicken pieces were very bony yesterday.deeply dissatisfied disappointed with the poor quality fish in the fish fry I had yesterday.hope this will be urgently taken care of.

Lunch date with mom during pujo days at their Jessore Road outlet. They had a special menu for those five days that didn’t have any Thali service. Ordered veg dish of Channa Dalna which could have been better. Bekti paturi and Gondhoraj Chicken was good. However, there is extremely limited seating arrangement, so better to avoid the restaurant on busy days.
