One of the best South Indian place in kolkata. Loved every bite of it. The food was so fresh and full of flavours.

Very good food but service is horrible. It seems they take customers for granted. Our food chole was less salt so he took to change it and got a fresh one but by then bhautras as become stale and when we told the manager about the same he said sir bhatura Ko thanda is hita hai! God help them. We got the old one packed and ordered everything fresh.

I visited Kurry Pata yesterday, hoping for an enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was underwhelming, especially considering the prices. The lotus stem appetizer had a very small portion, which wasn’t value for money. The Family Dosa, though large as advertised, lacked the authentic South Indian flavor the batter was not made of rice and lentils as I was expecting rather it tasted like those artifical or machine made puchkas (air fried ones) and the Chinese Spring Dosa tasted off — the noodles inside didn’t blend at all with the dosa and felt like a mismatch for the dish. I don’t understand what is wrong with the person who designed the menu any person who wants to eat dosa would want the taste of authentic dosa but the batter was something else so so bad. Our local anna makes better dosa than the restaurant chef who looked so dirty as well. Service was also concerning. Our waiter made us uncomfortable with his behavior, often staring and appearing inattentive,keeping things loudly when placing an order or when standing beside us. When we asked another waiter for water while our waiter was busy, he ignored us multiple times, which affected the overall experience. Lastly, I felt the atmosphere could be more polished and professional. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Kurry Pata based on my experience. If you’re craving South Indian, you’re likely to have a better, more authentic experience at a local spot.

I went to this beautiful place to have lunch but came back having dinner instead because that's how long it took for the waiters to see us, sitting right in front of them, and make a note of our order. Food tastes best when served slow and they made sure it happened! Absolutely disgusting state of affairs at this restaurant. I paid for the food that I begged for because the waiters wouldn't take our order. Mr Shashi, the manager sat there in front of us like a dummy having no charge or control over his staff. Having said that, the food tasted good. We practically had all starters and south indian main course.

Very poor service. Later i realised that restaurant already has poor service reviews. Management please take action. Restaurant manager Shashi is also highly impolite. Food quality also not up to the mark. See masala dosa photo with hardly any masala. Not given extra when highlighted.

not a friendly staff , manager is bit rude but food is good you won't get parking for kurry patta or any help from security they will not even tell you way/ direction for restaurant, As if they have some issue with them.

The staff is very rude l, inspite of booking they made us sit separately.. ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR BY THE GUY SITTING IN CASH. HE ALSO REPLIED RUDELY. COUSTOMER DOES NOT DESERVES THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR.
