I have been visiting this place since 1988 and the way me and my family enjoyed the food, the ambience ,the cordial behaviour of the managers and the staff.....everything seemed to be the same so many years after. Had a wonderful evening....thank you from all my family members

I had previously experienced excellent food here, hence decided to repeat the experience, but it was a huge mistake. The preparation was most basic, not at all worth the hype or the price. Much better food at similar prices can be had at TRINCAS restaurant nearby. I had ordered Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala, which was something else served by that name. The Nan was most ordinary with no taste at all. Same was true for the Tandoori Roti. A wanted opportunity! Never again!

Visited on 27.12.2024. Ordered Chicken Tetrazzini- it tasted good, the cheese, chicken, sphagetti combination was on point. Garlic Nun - was not that good. the smell of Garlic was not there, along with that the bread was thick not buttery or soft. Chicken Lahori - It tasted Sweet, savoury , just like it should be. it was light based gravy. not too heavy. but could have been better

Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The bhaturas tasted off, as if the oil had been reused multiple times, leaving a stale and unpleasant flavour. The pindi chole were excessively salty to the point of being inedible. What made it worse was the response to feedback. When i asked for a replacement, instead of correcting the dish, they simply added sugar and served the same preparation again, which completely ruined the balance of flavours. Overall, poor taste, poor handling of feedback, and not worth a revisit.

Giving one since no option to give minus. The staffs are pathetic, they don't have basic manners. Food is worst. No taste in any of the dish be it Starters or Soup or Main Course. one should avoid such places . I am not going to this place again in my lifetime. highly recommend all to avoid such places.

The hygiene is pathetic at Kwality there was a hair deep fired in the vegetable gold coin which we ordered
