Recently I visited Levels The Club located at Salt Lake Sector 5. Had a lovely experience at this pub which is indeed one of the top trending gastropub in Kolkata. Food is great besides the topnotch music & ambience. Go & enjoy with your friends and loved ones.

Nice ambience with best vibe in salt lake area will visit again...staff are so courteous and humble. welcoming are so good..... We went with our friend that a best place ever with friends party.... Ambience are make ur self rocking... See you soon levels...

So I visited first time here yesterday. The food quality, drinks, ambience everything is good. You'll get a good vibe. But you have to be very careful while they hand you the bill. Because they might add some item extra in your bill that you have not ordered. It happened with us. we didn't order red bull. but they listed it in the bill that costs around 300rs. When er question them, they said mistakenly it is added and they can't pay it back as the bill is already generated. So they offered us a drink which is just mocktail without any alcohol. Felt like a sugar syrup. Most people don't notice it. Till the bill was generated we quite enjoyed and liked the place. Had a bad experience at the end. So be careful and count your drinks.

Last night (Friday), I visited Levels – The Club alone, as I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to lift my mood. I’ve been to many clubs in Kolkata and outside as well, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The crowd was decent—not too packed—but the service was extremely unprofessional. The staff clearly prioritizes big groups and bottle orders. If you’re a solo guest, you’re treated like you don’t matter. The most shocking part was the hookah (shisha). I have never seen any club serve hookah with magical coal and a small chillam, especially in 2025. On top of that, I had to call the staff multiple times just to place orders, and even after repeated complaints, there was no proper response or concern. Only after complaining several times did a bouncer step in, and then they finally started paying attention. One of the managers seemed decent, but a few good people can’t run a club when the overall attitude is careless. As a content creator and frequent traveler, I visit clubs regularly and rarely leave negative reviews, but this place completely ruined my mood. I went there to feel better, and instead, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Highly not recommended, especially if you’re going alone or expecting professional service.

⚠️ Don’t Ever Share Your Phone Number with Them I visited Levels The Club once in 2023 and gave my number only for bill generation. Since then, I haven’t been to Kolkata or visited the club again — yet I’ve been getting random bill messages under my name starting from May 2025, again in July, August, September, and now October 2025. I’ve repeatedly requested them to stop using my number and even spoke to their staff in July and August 2025, asking them to check their records properly. Despite that, no action has been taken. In October 2025 alone, I’ve received five different bills linked to my number — for transactions I have absolutely nothing to do with. This shows a complete lack of accountability and data privacy on their part. I have screenshots of all these messages as proof of their negligence. It’s been over three months, and they still haven’t resolved it. If you ever visit, do NOT share your phone number or any personal information — because once you do, they might keep misusing it, and you’ll be left chasing them for basic responsibility.

Just not worth the price.. Service is average.. Food is good.. It is shameful that they give 30 peanuts free regardless of how much you consume. Disgusting absolutely. Make sure you ask these idiots to remove the service charge if you see it in your bill Parking outside is a big challenge where the goons will force you to pay 200 as soon as you park.. They don't wear any uniform and they don't give you receipt.

levels used to be one of kind 1 year back. the crowd used to be too good there. but on my recent visit i didn't find good ambience. the dj started playing aftr 8 . so by the time they open the dance floor all the good crowd moves back to their home.

Crowd is full of chapris . Better not to go with any female . Rate is on higher side both for drinks and food . Only good thing is their taste of foods . There are many better clubs if you are ready to spend 6-7k for 2 person

The management is pathetic. The main male manager of the club was irresponsible , rude and ignorant towards the guest. The basic etiquette is missing. We literally walked out of the club . Unpleasant experience.
