The small dessert shop is in city Center 1. They have a few options for ice creams and then a wide display of cakes and desserts. I Tried the hazelnut mousse cake which was good. All the desserts look good and are presented very well.

we had a lemon donut and a molten brownie pie. so to be honest these were the smallest pieces of deserts of ever had in Kolkata or anywhere else for that matter. We should have ideally been called miniature brownie Pai and many as a donut. The name of the shop is Little pleasures and the portion sizes are indeed little. Batiste of both were pretty average for a pretty expensive pricetag. definitely not worth it and definitely never visiting again.

Why has a Little Pleasures suddenly started adding extra sugar in their deserts? The horrendous amount of sweet in their pastries and brownies kills the taste & has ruined what LP used to mean to me - premium & decadent.

I purchased a cake on 15th September , while purchasing the cake I confirmed that will the cake be fine if consumed it on 16th as the person’s birthday for whom I purchased it was on 16th , I was told that it would be absolutely fine , however when we cut the cake on 16th and tasted , it had turned sour, the whole occasion was spoilt as what is a birthday without a cake ,when I reached out to the store mentioning about the situation on 17th , they told we cannot do anything about this until we come to then with a sample of the cake which went bad, so I just want everyone to be careful while purchasing cake from them . Its not about money however more importantly about the product . This means that we cannot trust whether they are actually giving out fresh products .

We purchased this cake and mentioned that we will cut it the next day, the staff told it would be fine. But when we cut it the taste was very bad. It had turned sour. We went back to the store the next day and the lady told they shall discuss and call us back. We received no call hence we called back, explained the whole situation and then the staff misbehaved mentioning to bring the cake back. so according them we should keep the rotten cake for 3 days and then skip our occasion or the next day at our to visit the store and give them the rotten cake back. Never expected this from Little pleasures. Had always recommended others but no more. Also teach your City centre store staff some manners. Spending so much on a cake and not being able to have even a slice!

After going through rave reviews about them, decided to try them out only to be utterly disappointed. Bought their wildberry cheesecake and mint chocolate priced at around 900 bucks each for 1 small pint which were below average, not even comparable to a 20 bucks stick ice cream from the likes of even locals like Arun's or Metro. They sell a sense of feeling rich and not ice creams and why not. They have opened outlets in posh areas like City Centre Saltlake and Bhowanipore etc so that they can simply target cream upper class and even middle class people and scam you of your hard earned money for filling up their homes with riches. Thanks to food platforms like zomato, their truth doesn't remain hidden for long! Phew!

Couldn't resist writing this , but , to the guy here who wrote in the reviews that this bakery is "premium and decadent ", This is nothing just a shabby , Below average , over priced ,shittiest bakery in Kolkata !
