Food quality was good, but best to avoid their mocktails - one of the mocktail was too sweet and the other mango-based mocktail smelled and tasted like Fruity/Maaza. The service was very slow and the person taking orders lacked knowledge. For each of our query related to the food, he rushed inside to check with the chef. At the end, they didn't accept the offer we bought in Swiggy Dineout, saying they were facing issues in Dineout payments - so, we ended up with loosing the cover charge for table booking through Dineout, as well as the 10% off on entire menu + free mocktails were charged. So we ended up paying lot more than what we should have actually paid. We raised this with the restaurant manager and he had a indifferent attitude to the issue. This is the first time I had such a negative experience with a Kolkata based restaurant (one can check my Google reviews for other restaurants). We visited them for lunch on 17th July 2026.
