Food was good . Although they have a special pujo menu going on during the Durga pujas..as per requirement adjusted some items from their normal menu.Staff were friendly, helpful, especially Sonu .

Japanese theme based restaurant.Service was excellent, before saying anything they are providing comfort. Food was delicious The ambience was top notch. Much visit place. Highly recommend.

Yesterday was my fourth visit to this restaurant, and it is going to be my last. Food was the reason I kept going back, but now that they’ve completely destroyed the menu by reducing the Pan-Asian items and bringing in some clueless staff, there is no reason to go back. The Pan-Asian menu and the great food quality are what set it apart, but now it’s just like any other random place. They changed the sauce of the starter I ordered because the one on the menu was not available. Moreover, it arrived after well over half an hour. A staff member didn’t get back to me after telling me that he’d check with the chef to let me know if a main course dish I wanted was available. He completely forgot about us and started attending to another table. I had to remind them twice to take my main course order. When they finally came to me, they specifically asked me not to order any Pan-Asian items because, apparently, there were already too many of those orders. There were hardly 15–16 people in the restaurant. Moreover, it was a dry day. I had to leave the place after this because I cannot be dictated to about what I should be ordering. Moreover, I was ordering food from the menu and not inventing it. There was no apology and not even a word of regret from the staff. Previously, I’ve taken my friends, colleagues, and parents here and recommended it to so many others. And this time, they completely ruined my lunch experience. If an entire section of a menu cannot be served, then it should’ve been stated right at the beginning. The servers cannot push anyone to order Indian or Continental just because they’ve been recently introduced to the menu. It is disgusting and unfortunate that people who have no idea about hospitality are part of the hospitality industry.

Food was average. Service was not good, no water no cutlery no condiments were served. Waiter takes 15-20 mints to even notice you calling them. Kids are running around crawling on the floor like a playground, screaming near our table throughout the entire dinner. Our Saptami dinner was totally ruined!
