I had a pleasant experience with the food—it was delicious—and the ambiance was very cozy and inviting. However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of the staff. Unfortunately, I found them to be rather rude and not very welcoming, which affected the overall experience. I’m not sure if others have faced the same issue, but it was noticeable during my visit. This may be the main reason I would hesitate to visit Marbella’s again.

The most arrogant staff The most pathetic service Average food- worst experience We ordered for pizza and was expecting to order some more items. Thankfully we did not . The dough was literally hard and tasted bland. My whole day got ruined just by visiting the cafe. Even after making a reservation the waitress forced us to sit at a unsuitable place while most of the seats were vacant. spoke to us really rudely and did not even come to take the order. After such a awful time we decided to not to ever visit this cafe ever again. Marbella’s elgin is way better than Hindustan park outlet. Since, it was raining Water dripped from everywhere inside.

Pathetic service Average food Waitress was so rude to us Even after making a reservation she kinda forced us arrogantly to sit at the corner at a unsuitable spot. While mist of the tables were vacant. Repeatedly ,we called her to take the order. She denied coming to the table. After such a awful experience we only ordered for pizza and left Never ever coming back to this place ever again. Water dripped everywhere inside Literally the worst worst . And an overcooked Hard bread pizza.

The experience was pathetic with the staff's. We wanted to shift to a table which was vacant post a couple left but the behaviour of the staff was horrid. Didn't understand the reason behind such behaviour.
