McDonald's, situated at City Centre II Newtown.. McDonald is one of my favourite place.. I love McDonald's food.. Variety types of snacks (burgers/tea/coffee/ice tea/ice cream/french fries) are few to mention.. They are in budget too.. Really love the ambience, great décor.. Service is really quick.. I really enjoy having a burger here along with French fry & cold drinks as this is my favourite snack which i prefer most of the time so i love to visit this again and again.. McDonald's have many branches.. And have a variety of food items.. It is definitely recommended as food is fresh and hygienically prepared.

Service was slow but no one is to be blamed as too much crowd . Otherwise service provided by Abhijit Adhikari was commendable. He helped to choose an economical meal. Great job Abhijit!

Ordered Chicken nuggets, French fries, icecream and watermelon cooler. Ambience is good with polite staffs. Food is good. Its very popular with kids and mostly crowded in weekends.

Came in on a Sunday evening in 42 degree heat for some light evening meal. Ordered a Chicken McGrill Meal and a McGrill on the side as we were 2 people. The place was overcrowded, despite 2 self ordering booths + counter. A Sunday evening of course. Service is a bit slow, they're not good at handling crowds. The bad concept is that the food counter and the ice cream counter are poles apart and on the other side of the store, and walking between them with food in your hand is a hassle when there's a crowd. I feel BK is much more worth it than McD. In terms of price and taste as well.

I recently tried the newly launched Signature Grand Chicken Burger from this outlet. I was shocked to find that for Rs. 250, the burger only had a single patty. It was extremely dry, with no flavors coming from the patty. The burger was overloaded with lettuce that added nothing to the taste, and the bun was bland as well. The Maharaja Mac is far superior, and even Burger King’s Whopper and KFC’s burgers are much better. It feels like McDonald’s is losing its charm in India compared to its competitors.

I would like to add that the person at the counter with the yellow shirt at city centre-2 outlet was absolutely rude. He made me wait and he served 2 other customers from me and when i rectify that i have an order. He asked me if I want take away and when I said he told me he cannot serve me a cappuccino in a take away cup. Then I asked him that I needed a take away cup. He said he will have to reduce the quantity of the coffee. When I asked for a lid he threw the lid on the counter. I asked him for a fresh one. He needs training

This is the worst place to have food of any kind.. first of all the service was hopeless we placed an order and even after 2 hours we didn't get update on our order.. second the way they were handling food it was very unhygienic.. of course its cheap so people continue to go there but if any one has any regard for their health they won't ever go near that place.. especially the one in CC2

It's 4th time, they were preparing for for last 3 hours.. if you guys can't provide food, plz don't accept any order. Neither they cancel or they deliver food. If any of you don't want to eat food, then plz order from this shitty restaurant. Am sick of them. Kaun bol raha hai order lene ko agar de nahi sakte ho. Khana banane ke liye 3 hours.

such a poor service.... phone no. doesn't even work.... tried to call multiple times because they didn't given my order yet and it's been 2hours i ordered my food... but their no. is not working only .... i would never recommend to anyone... people will be starving and they don't bother...

The restaurant is fraud of the first order. I ordered 4 McChicken Burgers today (12th May 2024) via Zomato and received 4 McAloo burgers while the invoice clearly stated McChicken burgers. The restaurant is least bothered to take calls or rectify the situation.
