Newly opened McDonald's outlet at south city food court. Atlast, Mcd comes in South Kolkata. Staffs are cordial. Waiting time isn't that much, if you use their self service counter or kiosk. It's an efficient service process. We ordered- *Mc Chicken Burger 🍔 (197; tasted really good 👍) *Chicken wings(spicy & tasty😋) *2 Chocolate Brownie Sundaes (med,109 only; my all time favorite thing in McDonald's 😋♥️) Overall a great experience. Highly recommended place 👍

finally a mcD outlet in kolkata. ordered mcEgg and mcchicken with sundae. taste wise it was good just like McD we used to have in Delhi. self service order placing deserves additional point. too the point serve of mayo. will visit this outlet soon.

Was rather scared to order from here given the bad reviews but the food was actually good.Had just ordered a filet-o-fish,cold coffee and brownie with ice cream.The cold coffee was really good,I’m going to be having it everytime I go there,it seems.The filet o fish was really tasty as well.The bun was freshly made and extremely soft and the fish freshly fried,which elevated the taste.Overall,the ingredients were fresh,the downside being the extremely long wait time.

we went for evening snacks and ordered spicy chicken burger, mc chicken burger French fries, ice tea and strawberry ice cream. lot of rush so had to wait for our order. the quality of food was good though. proper fries, chicken patty was cooked and fresh veggies being used.

Terrible. Order placed long back. Still preparing food. Called on their number no one picks up the phone. Zomato delivery guy said will have to go up to make you speak to manager. Ridiculous service. Last time placing order from here.

Comparison to Mumbai's McDonald's and Kolkata McDonald's Mumbai's McDonald's : *Service is very quick even on weekends crowd too * French fries is crispy and piping hot and so tasty * Burgers are well loaded with mayonnaise and veggies and patty is hot and spicy and tasty * Many varieties of desserts, coffees, muffins, and soft drinks * Last but not the least McDonald's app offers and discounts very convenient. Kolkata McDonald's : * Service very slower than any other outlet. * French fries is soggy, cold and tasteless. * Burgers with no sufficient veggies and mayonnaise and patty is soggy, cold and taste really different from any other outlet. * Only few desserts options and cold drink are not cold enough. * McDonald's app offers and discounts are not available here worst part than any other cities.

.Had a waiting time of more than 40 mins. Just kept on saying 5 more mins and wasted my time. Then messed up the order. They are diluting the McD brand name in Kolkata.
