Mezban Restaurant, located at Ripon Street close has been serving good quality Mughlai and Tandoor items at moderate prices The area is extremely congested with the restaurant having only ground floor as the seating area (Non AC) with to the point menu. We ordered starters and main courses and they were served in due course of time The starters were very good and perfectly blended with spices to give it a balanced taste. The meat was fresh and tender as well. Their Biryani was absolutely light and very balanced in taste. Loved the mutton as the meat was cooked properly. The mutton chaap was a bit on the saltier side and could have been better Overall, I would recommend everyone to try out from this restaurant if you are willing to enjoy budget oriented Tandoor items !!

Winter morning breakfasts are best sorted at Mezban with mutton stew, khamiri roti, dalpuri, and mutton nahari. I was very satisfied with the taste of everything except the mutton nahari, which I found highly overrated. The stew is their most popular item, so if you're planning to visit after 9 a.m., there's a high chance it might be sold out. The service is decent, and the ambiance is satisfactory.

It was written in the description that there will be 2 pieces of mutton in the mutton biryani but I only received one mutton piece.

Ordered food through Zomato just called the restaurant and asked a simple thing to give Leg piece in the biryani the person there in the phone Denied very rudely Abused telling yaha nae hai jo ha Zomato se baat kar le and cut the phone when re dial the person told jo karna karlo nae ho paiga when told them this is the behaviour over a simple thing the person told kisne bola tha order karne ? I'm quite surprised and disheartened at the same time This is the customer service and the hospitality behaviour Please boycott this third class restaurant where the customer is not given respect then comes Food.

Extreme rude staff and food quality has become very bad. I ordered food via zomato. When I called them up just to get a status of my order, they were hesitant to answer me with my query, and started talking to me in high note. Extremely rude and bad food plus service.
