Another brilliant outlet of mitra cafe. Decor is so nice giving a old calcutta charm. Seating area and ambience are basic. We had our all time favourite fish afgani. It was as good as the sovabazar outlet offers. We wanted to try prawn cutlet but one of the staffs suggested to order the prawn roll- special item of that day and we loved it. It is very good to see staffs recommending delicious dishes instead of the pricier dishes unlike many other popular restro. Lime soda was good and refreshing. We got a parcel of fish diamond fry which was mind blowing too. Pricing and servicing are good. Staffs are polite and attentive.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant with my family. The ambience of this restaurant is just amazing. We tried there Fish Fry and Mutton Thali. Mutton Thali consists of Basmati Rice , Shukto , Dal , Alu Bhaja , Basanti Pulao , Mutton Kosha , Rosogolla and Misti Paan. All the items were just lip smacking delicious. The services and behaviour of the staffs were also very good.

The best place for eating Fish fry in kolkata...this place needs no introduction..we visited the dum dum branch which has ample seating capacity. This time we ordered Fish diamond fry, Fish roll & golden fried prawns. Their biriyani is also quite good. Fish diamond fry - 5/5 Fish Roll - 4.5/5 Golden fried prawns - 5/5

A bit overcrowded, though the decor is really satisfying and artistic. Coming to the food, we ordered • Fish Kabiraji • Chicken Kabiraji • Drums of Heaven Kabiraji was good, fish was fresh. But it was on the oily side. Drums of Heaven was up to the mark. Enjoyed. ❤

My friends went to this place today and reviewed that it was one heck of a place! The food was great and the money was worth it too! They tried chicken kabiraji, fish Afghani , coffee. Would love to visit this place!

Good food. I would request Mitra cafe ( Dumdum) to improve overall cleanliness during COVID times. Sometimes the place is extremely over-crowded.

Ordered fish kabiraji and fish cutlet.. taste could be more better..somewhere old taste was missing. Sizewise okok

We ordered 2 beverages but were informed they will only serve them if any food item is ordered. This policy needs to change if they want to attract daily customers.

We found a piece of plastic in one of the cutlet. This is not expected from the restaurant like Mitra Cafe. Hopefully, you will be more careful next time.

The crispy chicken was horrible , the chicken strips were awful amd they were fibrous and stringy . Seemed like soft fish bone.
