Recently visited the Ministry of Booze ( M.O.B ) near Candor Gate 2, & it was such a great find 🍸✨✨ If you’re looking for a pocket-friendly resto-bar, this place should definitely be on your list.

Ministry of Booze - MOB is a very popular pub in the IT Arena of Kolkata and its more than half a decade old, with a decent ambiance food tastes good & alcohol is reasonable most importantly. They have an All Day Happy Hour Menu which is a steal deal. The Food Menu is vast & Multi-Cuisine. Music choice is also mostly Bollywood & Fun. MOB is quite popular among the Office Goers of the area. Please do visit if you haven’t already. It was a FoodZpah invite. 🫶

Previously we have reviewed that on total bill we will get discount but they denied and Ac not at all have worked and pathetic service

The menu for Zomato gold and dining carnival is totally different. Once we said that the booking was done through Zomato Carnival and payment would be from zomato itself, They presented a whole new printed menu on a paper sheet with hiked prices and in turn were of no benefit to us. Not a good experience felt very weird.

Walked into The Ministry of Booze expecting a decent night, left feeling like I’d been mugged politely. Used the Zomato District app and somehow still got stitched up — dodgy billing and zero accountability. When I raised it, the staff couldn’t have cared less. Rude, dismissive, and that classic “not my problem” energy that kills a place faster than bad drinks. And speaking of bad — the hygiene wasn’t great. You can feel it straight away in a venue, and this one just didn’t sit right. Places like this forget something simple: people don’t just come for booze, they come for the experience. And this wasn’t it. Wouldn’t go back. Plenty of better bars out there that actually respect their guests.

Does not accept zomato pay giving n no of excuses why they can’t accept zomato pay during payment. Like seriously if they have any offers which can not be merged with zomato pay that needs to be mentioned somewhere Why do they say that during paying the bill This is really not acceptable and should be changed in near future

They mention that the food can be paid by Zomato Gold, whereas Zomato Gold is NOT applicable on Happy Hour Rate. But they made sure different bills can be made. When we actually asked for it, they didn't do it. They mentioned the bills cannot be made separately. They also won't allow you to pay for Tower via Zomato Gold
