I might be a little biased when it comes to Momo I am, as I generally find their food very comforting. Except for one disappointing experience at their Salt Lake Sector 1 outlet, I’ve really enjoyed my meals—especially at the Barrackpore and Chinar Park branches. Their food feels truly comforting, particularly when you take a bite into their Thai curry bowl, which is rich in both taste and aroma. I hope they continue to maintain this quality and keep improving further. A branch in Sodepur or Belgharia would definitely be a great addition! 😋🤤

We ordered the Lotus Biscoff Bubble Tea, Lhasa Mule, Mixed Sautéed Fried Rice, San Sebastian Cheesecake, and Five Spice Pork. The fried rice and pork were absolutely delicious, as always — Momo I Am never disappoints with their food! The cheesecake, however, was just okay. It was not bad, but definitely not the best in town either. What really let us down this time were the drinks. We’ve always loved Momo I Am’s beverages, but the bubble tea had no trace of Biscoff flavour — the cinnamon completely overpowered it, making it taste more like a cinnamon shake. The Lhasa Mule was slightly better, but still not up to the usual standards. Would really request the team to revisit the drink recipes because the food continues to be fantastic, and it would be great to see the beverages match that level again.

the quality of the food was good , but tbh the service was slow , proper cutlery was unavailable . would be appreciated if the above mentioned things are paid attention to.

no place for hand wash, seperate place should be provided.When asked for they said there a common bathroom that was attached to a bar and it's not at all hygienic.Please give e separate washroom or clean the washroom properly

The quality of the chicken schezwan chowmin was very poor. There was no schezwan flavour in it. 2ndly they charged Rs 5 over mrp on water bottle.

It was a poor experience at Momo I am yesterday in terms of service.. I ordered thukpa and after it arrived, I asked for two extra bowls as we were 3. I asked for 5-6 times to 3 staffs and waited for almost 10 minutes for extra bowls. Secondly, I ordered sushi and they haven't given chopsticks. I don't know what's wrong with the service. there were many staff but they were not able to manage the crowd during Durga Puja. The lady waiters need a proper grooming!!!

the staff was not attentive and responsible, they served us a different order and deliberately said that it was our fault and didn't even change it even though it was untouched
