I took a parcel of two plates of Chicken Pan Fried Momo with soup today. They charged ₹8 per container and still couldn't pack the soup nicely,it spilled from the container. Soup had a dead mosquito in it(see the attached picture). Earlier, in the month of May we ordered Chilli Pork and they served us chilli fish ,accompanied with a dead fly in the chicken dish. Momo Plaza's service and quality has degraded a lot. The Menu Card is not even updated with the current prices. They should use less Ajina Moto as fried rice tastes too sweet with the overuse of it. Kothey is the only dish which I liked .

Worst experience ever. We visited this place at around 5:15 PM and waited for more than 15 minutes, but no waiter came to take our order. No one even offered us a glass of water, which is basic hospitality. After waiting, we had to approach a waiter ourselves to ask how long it would take. We were simply told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. After another 15 minutes, a staff member finally came to take our order, only to inform us that most of their popular items were unavailable. Out of the entire menu, only three chicken items and one prawn item were available. Even after placing our order, we waited for more than 25 minutes without any update. During this time, two other couples arrived after us and were served their food almost immediately by the same waiter. It felt extremely unfair and disrespectful. Frustrated, we went to the reception desk to complain, but we were again told to wait a few more minutes. At that point, we decided to leave. The service was disappointing, the staff was inattentive, and the overall experience was insulting. I would never want to visit this place again.

Visited yesterday and ordered two Egg Chicken Thukpas and a plate of Chicken Steamed Momos. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, so I was surprised to find us as the only customers—though I initially put it down to the heavy rain. ​Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The chicken pieces in the Thukpa tasted strongly of kerosene. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were completely nonchalant and casually offered to replace it. Next came the momos, which were sour and ruined coating. When I complained a second time and mentioned we were leaving, they simply shrugged it off with an "okay." ​I am honestly heartbroken and deeply upset to see a place I’ve loved for a decade fall to such a low standard.

Cockroach on egg fried rice, 0 hygiene maintained. When complained they provided with new plat of egg fried rice yet half cooked and stale. When complained again for the cockroach! The man in the reception supposedly owner/manager said accidents can happen. We were decent enough to not make a scene and not click a photo of the dish. But basic accountability is needed. They even charged the whole money for the egg fried rice. No accountability whatsoever. How could they pass such a big issue by just saying that sometimes accidents can happen! It was a dead cockroach. The rice was naturally poisoned cause the dead cockroach. From next time for others, atleast gain some accountability for a change, rather than being avoidant, and indifferent.

I have ordered for veg steam momo .They have served the order after 10 mins and it was stale .How irresponsible a restaurant can be on asking the owner how you can serve such stale food he was amused saying this is the first complaint I have received. without wasting my time I have said don't worry it will be tasted by food inspector soon den he was saying sir you can order something else to which I disagree and left the place. To any vegetarian in kolkata this place is completely no from my side .

Terrible and unacceptable experience. The momos were extremely bad in taste, and finding a hair in the second momo was disgusting. When this was shown to the waiter, there was absolutely no apology, no concern, and no sense of responsibility. We cancelled the order, yet the staff remained completely indifferent and did not even say a basic “sorry.” This level of hygiene negligence and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Clearly, customer satisfaction and food safety are not a priority here.

The foods that we ordered were Schezwan Chicken Fried rice and Hong kong chicken. I have never tasted such abhorrent chicken item, it was so bad to have, so we wasted. And the rice was average, not at all appealing. Price ia too high. Ambience is worst too.Not at all value for money. Not at all recommended.

We ordered chicken momo but it was stale. Not a good place to eat. I visited this place after a long time and the quality has gone down drastically. Wouldn't recommend.
