the food and drinks are exceptional as usual the new caramel popcorn flavour beer is extraordinary. and the staff is extremely helpful as always. great place to hangout.

We happened to be in the city of Joy this long weekend and really wanted to cheer our RCB team over the IPl and happened to visit this place in the evening. Food - The watermelon brewery was quite unique and tasted like the watermelon melon cider and less acidic which I really liked. They are supposed to be one of the top breweries in the city. The classic Caesar’s chicken salad was done well with less dressing that’s how we wanted our salad to be, the prawns haragow was great! The biscoff cheese cake was very well made too. However, due to LPG scarcity, the food choices are limited- just a caution. Ambience- Pretty central salt lake location and good ambience with 2 floors seating. The wash room could be more cleaner though. The pain point is for washrooms you have to evry time go to the 1st floor which is quite a put off. Customer service- Excellent Value for Money- Moderately expensive

Avoid This Place: Terrible Service and Rude Staff **Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆** I would give this place zero stars if I could. My experience here was absolutely appalling, and I strongly advise everyone to **stay away.** The waitstaff here are beyond unprofessional; they are outright hostile. Despite the restaurant being half-empty with numerous visible tables, the attendants flatly refused to let us sit. When we pointed out the **empty chairs**, we weren't met with an explanation, but with blatant attitude and dismissive behavior. It felt as though they were doing us a massive favor just by acknowledging our existence. ### **Why You Should Not Visit:** * **Power-Tripping Staff:** The waiters act like gatekeepers to an empty room. They are rude, argumentative, and have zero concept of basic hospitality. * **Arbitrary Rules:** There is no logic to their seating "policy." If you enjoy being told you can’t sit in a vacant chair while being glared at, this is the place for you.
