We ordered for a meal combo of fries and burgers.We got soft drinks too along with it.Costed us around 650rs including the add ons.This brand is pure veg,i would recommend.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your Mani Square outlet. I had ordered one Veg Aloo Burger and one Paneer Burger. However, I was served two Veg Aloo Burgers instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff informed me that I had specifically requested two Aloo Patty Burgers, which is completely incorrect. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the issue, the staff attempted to justify the order by explaining differences in sauce pricing. This response was disappointing, as it did not address the actual problem that I had received an item different from what I had ordered. I expect customers to be treated fairly and for genuine concerns to be handled professionally. I request that this matter be looked into and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this complaint. Thank you. I ordered French fries, the person at the counter asked me spicy or non spicy, I said spicy, they added a 50Rs spicy dip to the bill without telling me. They should have asked if I wanted any dip, instead they asked it like my preference of the fries should be spicy or not. Please be honest to your customers and don't look to add extra charges. Also the cheese burst fries is not worth it, just normal french fries with cheese powder and mayonnaise on top, instead of the 2 layers liquid cheese the mention in the menu

the burger bread was served ice cold, cheese was put in a slice that never cared to be melted, fries were any made at home perhaps crispy made to wait over 15 mins for a burger and fries

Mr Brussels claims that they use groundnut oil but it is not so, they use palm oil. and this company used 1oil 5to 6 days #fssai #kolkatapolice
