Visited Mrs. Wilson’s Cafe recently and really loved how warm and homely the place feels. The service was lovely, but honestly, the cats were the highlight. They were just curled up and sleeping everywhere, completely unbothered. And I really loved that when they say they’re a cat cafe, they actually mean it. They never make the cats move. Instead, they ask customers to sit around them, which I thought was such a sweet little thing. And the food was genuinely good too. Don’t hesitate to order the Bhetki Platter and Fish & Chips. It’s been a long time since I’ve had fish at a cafe that was this fresh, flaky and perfectly cooked. A really lovely little place. I’d definitely go back. 🐈

the food was nice, just that the portion sizes were quite small. the service was lagging, I understand it's more of a homely ambience than a commercial customer service oriented cafe. appreciated the interiors and the cattos, but the food portion could've been better. also the service.

Awesome food, but the freshlime soda was too flat and bland and tasteless. Good place for cat people. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction on getting back home i guess the cat fur triggered it. The cats were super cute though and please visit only if you are a cat person.

mixed reviews of food we loved the Alfredo pasta but the fries and rice combo were a little dissapointing The service and cooking was quite slow but if your looking for place to hangout with cats its great

Unfortunately, our experience at Mrs. Wilson’s Cafe was quite disappointing. This review is not about any rude behaviour or a specific incident with the staff, but rather about the overall hospitality, service, and basic arrangements at the cafe. The first issue is the shoe arrangement. Since customers are asked to remove their shoes before entering, I would expect the cafe to have a proper shoe rack and, more importantly, some kind of covered area to keep them. During our visit, it suddenly started raining while we were dining. When we came out, my shoes were completely drenched because there was no shade or proper protection for the footwear. This could have been easily avoided with a simple covered shoe area or even a little attentiveness from the staff once the rain started. Unfortunately, there seemed to be very little concern about the situation. If customers are required to remove their shoes, the cafe should also take reasonable responsibility for providing a safe and suitable place to keep them. The service was also quite slow, and the overall attitude of the staff felt somewhat indifferent. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness towards the customers and the dining experience. Coming to the food, the taste was below average and did not really justify the overall experience. A cat cafe can certainly be a unique and enjoyable concept, but the food, service, and hospitality still need to meet a reasonable standard. Overall, the concept is interesting, but the execution and hospitality need considerable improvement. A little more attention to basic customer comfort, better arrangements for footwear, faster service, and improved food quality would make a big difference.

The place probably tries to create a cozy place, being with some cats (i counted 6), while failing to deliver on the food and hospitality The waitress seemed to be completely unbothered by the customers, while the owner who’s fond of making many reels couldn’t take hardly a minute of her time to greet the guests, while we could hear her chattering and laughing in the other room The food sadly was disappointing, the drinks were clearly made from squash, not even cold, and the chicken meat balls smelled spoilt and were filled with so much oil that when my friend bit into it, they burned their tongue Also the entire house and the eating area smelled like a public washroom and the outdoors was veryunhygienic

The behavior of the waitstaff was absolute rubbish—rude and completely unprofessional. Paying good money just to tolerate their horrible attitude is unacceptable. On top of that, the service is excruciatingly slow; it feels like you order today and the food arrives tomorrow! The menu is absurdly overpriced for what they offer. Just going there for the cats is definitely not worth it.
