Visited their shop on Misti Hub yesterday. I have taken gur rasogolla. I was looking for this type of rasogolla for quite sometime. Finally, got exact what I was looking for. This is not sponge type which are generally available at Kolkata. I liked it very much.

The sweets and savouries are of the highest class, many a old traditional items like Chhanar Mudki, Dorbesh, Kheerer Chop etc. The Radhaballabhi and Singara are great too. They use ghee pure Bangali traditional ghee in all their preparations, which is unique in my experience and knowledge. However, there is nothing else to speak about this establishment, the ambiance and set up is extremely run down and lackadaisical. The highlight is the food, which is absolutely of the best quality, all else is poor.

Today I ordered rossogula, chamcham and chanar goja. All those items are very good. Size of the rossogula is very big and it is very soft. But chanar goja is best among them.

On 19th Sept'2018 at around 3.00 - 3.30pm, Went to Mishti Hub and visited Naba Krishna Guin stall. I purchased lyancha and darbesh from their stall. I asked repeatedly whether the sweets were fresh and the lady representing said the items were fresh and asked me to keep the items in fridge. I came home and did so but when in the evening i and my husband ate them, the darbesh was good But the lyangcha was stale and tasted sour. Today i.e. 10.10.2018 at around 3.00-3.30pm, I went to the same place and when I told her (the same lady was present today also) about the stale, sour sweets she had given, the lady spoke rudely and showed attitude. Does she have any right to behave in such a way if a customer complains?? Never again I am going to visit this shop, also I will circulate in social media about this incident. Hoping someone on behalf of the sweet shop sees this reviews and responds. Lastly, The Mishti Hub is a wonderful initiative by our Govt. and all the other outlets present there are truly awesome!

A renowned sweet shop of kolkata with good sweets. I request you to stop cheating on the customers. I ordered 30 pieces of kheer kodom and received only 17. It was my fault I didn’t cross check because I trusted. Request you to stop doing this to other customers.
