Every time I am in Parkstreet, I visit this place for their all time favourite icecreams. Had their OG tender coconut icecream which cost 85 rupees including tax for 1 scoop. The speciality of their ice cream is that they are perfectly sweet along with real chunks of fruits ( this flavour had coconut chunks in it). A perfect 10/10

One of the best serving ice cream till date. A pure form of fruits blended with milk to give the ultimate level of flavour in the form of ice cream. My personal all time favourite Tender coconut which you can have it any time of the year. Also their Pinacolada flavour which is subject to availability taste good too.

I am really upset by the behaviour of the staff at Desapriyo park kolkata They are not trained and are very very rude. The service quality is very poor. The billing method they're following is flawed. I went there with my sister parents and wife and was very angry of there rude behaviour. I left the place and went to Pabrai's and had our ice cream that night. I promise never to suggest any of my friends to natiral's ever again.

Avoid giving online order to this restaurant. They either give defective products or partial delivery, leaving a bad experience for customers. Once I got the broken box of ice cream. Once I ordered 3 box of ice cream, they sent only 1. Avoid this outlet.

We have been having natural for the past 20 years and have never faced this experience. but there was a whole piece of glass in our cup which we got from the store itself and not through online delivery. please do a thorough check so no one gets hurt.

I bought a mini mango icecream box on 29th oct and they gave me the box which got expired on 29th itself.
