We had placed an order for 12 guests (11 mutton biryani plates and 1 plate chicken biryani) on 27.06.2025 from your restaurant. However the delivery personnel delivered 11 packets to us and after repeated requests he traveled back and delivered the missing packet. The issue wasn't over yet. As our guests began their lunch they complained that the food was terrible, mutton was raw and uncooked making the food unfit for consumption. Adding to our embarrassment our guests refused to have lunch and left the occasion. We were left in a place of bother due to this mishap brought down upon us by the terrible service of your restaurant. It is really unacceptable from a reputed restaurant like yourself to place your esteemed customers in an embarrassing situation who place their trust in you by placing their food orders with full payment in advance and in return they get food unworthy of consumption.
