I have ordered an egg roll from this hotel and Judging food quality based on a single egg roll should not be done.So I will order some other food from this hotel and Modify my review.As per egg roll quality It was ok.Hence I am giving 5 star review for them.

This place is quiet good but it due to its look it does look hygiene so i think it should get a make over . There food is average There rumali roti is good

Ordered simple dinner at late night from this joint. Although named Nirmala Snacks but they do deliver lot more than just snacks. I ordered Egg Tarka & Rumali Roti. Thanks to Zomato for delivery at midnight. Packaging was disaster. Tadka was delivered in a foil plastic. Those who don't know this place is located at Bangur Avenue where Plastic & Plastic containers are banned. Still they've somehow managed to pack & ship it. So can't actually complain about packaging. But the food quality wasn't really impressive. Egg Tarka was very average to taste. Although it was full with eggs but still the much loved flavour of butter in tadka was completely missing. Quantity was little less than usual. Rumali Roti with it felt okey. Only order from this place if you don't have any options left. Otherwise chose other options available. That said, Nirmala Restaurant seriously need to work on their food quality in this competition market.

One actually can't complaint about the quality of foods of this restaurant as the price charged is reasonable as per food made but I want this restaurant to improvise everything hence 3 star. Sitting capacity is good but its open and roadside.

Worst experience ever. To be honest the worst place for fast food. The staff behaviour is pathetic. I ordered two egg rolls which amounted to Rs. 70. I don't usually carry cash so obviously went for the online payment. I paid and showed them the transaction receipt but they kept on denying that. I paid through amazon pay although they had PhonePe code. As you all know that doesn't matter because it's UPI. I tried to explain them the whole thing although I was in a hurry. They were just sticking to the point that I didn't pay them and as if I was taking the food away for free. It was really embarrassing and they kept on humiliating me in front of other customers and forced me to pay cash. I requested them to check if there is any message from the bank but they just wouldn't listen and after a lot of requests and humiliating they finally did check and there was indeed a message. Only after that they let me go. Now coming to the food quality. I really don't know what kind of oil or other ingredients they use but the food was stale. There were no onions in the roll and the sauce was at one place. The egg wasn't properly cooked or maybe it was rotten. The taste was overall awful. We couldn't eat after one bite and hence had to throw them away. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place or order anything from here. No matter how pocket friendly this place is, it's not worth it.

I ordered mutton cutlet from this restaurant today. Showed Order is done, live status was my food is being prepared but then coming a call from zomato valet & saying mutton cutlet was out of stock then he asked to send something else instead & I did not say then my order is rejected but it's ok that's not a big matter actually i mean to say when menu is out of stock then why are you showed this?

I ordered a Chicken Biriyani at 10.40 PM after that i have to call tem for accepting the order, apart from that it was 11.40 PM still tracking shows that Your food is being prepared where there was ZOMATO vallet waiting still from 11.20 PM and they provide it to ZOMATO vallet after a call at 11.45 PM. At last food delivered by 12.10 AM.

The food was not cooked well and not hot..... I odered at night but after one byte i feel very upset why i odered the food....i m hungry....
