Heavenly Desserts, Stellar Views, and Perfect Hospitality! The Food: The Matcha Tiramisu was an absolute heavenly feeling! The whipped cream pairs perfectly with the matcha—that Japanese-Italian fusion is a deadly combination and a total chef’s kiss. The Eel Nigiri was also top-notch, and the main course was very good. The Ambience: Located on the 31st floor, the sky-high views over a beautiful, green New Town are elegant and breathtaking. The Service: All the staff were incredibly kind, polite, cooperative, and well-behaved. I’m so happy with their wonderful gestures. Highly recommended—especially that dessert!

As aways, the food is impeccable and so is the service. Special thanks to Riya for suggesting the amazing Japanese cold pizza 🍕 😍. Besides, our favorite soul / comfort food, Baked Scallops is always the Chef's Kiss. Sushi and the desserts are as always great.

The food was awesome , each and every dish has unique and authentic taste . It was our anniversary so they provided a beautiful complimentary cake . Staff was very cooperative.

The food was good, but it was quite overpriced for the portion sizes. The service was average, and the ambience was nothing exceptional. Overall, the experience didn't justify the price.

I recently dined at Nori at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, and while the experience had some great highlights, it wasn’t perfect. The food was absolutely excellent—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and truly enjoyable. The staff also deserve special mention for their courteous and attentive behavior. They were prompt and tried their best to accommodate us throughout our visit. However, the major downside was the air conditioning. It was very poor, and no matter where we sat, the cooling just didn’t feel adequate. The staff even shifted us to another table midway, but unfortunately, it didn’t improve the situation. Eventually, I had to sit right in front of the AC vent just to feel comfortable. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium experience expected at a place like this. The food had the potential to be enjoyed much more if the ambiance—particularly the temperature—was properly maintained. Overall, great food and service, but the AC issue really took away from what could have been a much better dining experience.

Not nice preparation. Misu chicken and teriyaki salmon. Both preparation not very tasty. Salmon is not very fresh. However prawn tampura is ok.
