Last Wednesday we visited noxx and ordered 1 plate dry chilly chicken ( 8.5/10) as starter , it has 8 standard pieces , and then we ordered 1 keema kulcha (9/10) , 1 garlic naan (9.5/10 as I love the flavour of garlic so it's tastes amazing to me ) and 1 plate butter chicken ( 10/10) The foods are really delicious and the behavior of the stuffs is very nice and gentle. And also they don't decrease the taste in this pujo season as many famous restaurants did this The over all experience was amazing must visit for your dates or family / friends get together

service was very average, no water was served when we seated, service persons are not very professional. Ordered mocktails was served too late. Regarding the food one starter item ( Crumed fried fish) we ordered was good but in the main course 'Kung pao chicken' was a very bad experience for us, chicken pieces were so dry and required efforts to chew. tase was like chicken was not fresh and long refrigerated.

Use to be a very nice place to hangout with friends and family but in the recent past the whole experience has degraded with long wait times and irresponsible staff behaviour. Hoping to see favourable changes in the future.

I never thought Noxx’s quality would drop so much. The food was terrible, and the service was even worse. I ordered Chinese, and the gravy noodles were bland and tasteless. The side dish was slightly better but definitely not worth the price. I even found plastic in the gravy noodles, and they didn’t even apologize—instead, they acted weird as if nothing had happened. The plates were dirty, and the tables were sticky. It was a really bad experience.

staff getting salary here for showing attitude,🤢😡 they don't serve water only mineral water people have to buy and drink, you sitting in restaurant you call a staff, and get food , other thy don't ask how is the food, we had mushroom soup and gravy noodles, soup food was good, quantity is good, please improve the quality

service is very bad, I never visit again. many waiters don't understand Bengali and English, only Hindi. They served food without spoons. when I asked for spoon they gave only one spoon while we were 4. I asked for fork they didn't get it. when I say kata chamoch they I finally got. There was no tissue on the table. After asking we got 3 tissue paper. Ordered chicken malai kabab, but fish malai kabab was served. They again gave chicken malai kabab. But billed only fish malai kabab. This is the only thing they have rectified. we have to ask for plate replacement after the starter is completed, before serving the main course. They replaced the plate without noticing that one of us was still eating. They don't even know anything about food serving. Mutton special biriyani they have served. one person got aloo and egg, another one 2 pieces of mutton. last but not the least, finally when she was clearing plates, her hand slipped and glass of water fell on one of us. This happens because they are not trained. This type of service can be expected in the road side jhoops, not this restaurant. Food quality is nothing special, you can say below average. Totally waste of money. I would never recommend any one to go to noxx. Now choice is yours.

I have been served expired food when I compliant they told it's durga puja we can serve only this expired morning biriyani which was served me at 9pm the waiter told they have cooked the biriyani in morning

Rumali Chicken Tikka roll and Rumali Paneer Tikka roll both were frozen cold. seems they served and delivered from straight outta refrigerator

Worst experience, food quality is very much poor. Ac not working, ambience is not all good. Not at all recommended.
