Lunch at One Step Up on Park Street was. great experience. We went especially for the delicious Khow Suey, but everything we ordered was a treat. The service was excellent and Mr. Shane took care to give us exactly what we asked for. Looking fwd to our next visit!

We had a fine dining experience here with my family. The service and the ambiance of the place is perfect. We tried different dishes like Chop suey, Baked Fish and others. The food was really impressive and I would love to be back again.

The food was okay overall. The spaghetti was great. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Don’t serve the appetizer and main course together. It should follow a step-by-step delivery. By the time we started having our main course, the food was already cold. 2. The staff didn't serve the food, we had to do it on our own. 3. Not a single one came to greet us in between or ask about the food, or if we needed help with anything. 4. We made a pre-booking from the Zomato app to avoid any conflicts. We did get a 15% off on the total bill, so when I was making a payment, I needed a QR code to scan to complete it. I believe the person receiving it didn't understand why the payment was less. I tried explaining calmly but instead of understanding, he started disputing. The food had a lot of potential, but the service made us lose all interest. Kindly ensure that every customer is treated with care and respect.

Last Saturday I visited this place with a friend for dinner. We requested a specific table because it had a better view, but the staff told us it was reserved for groups of five, and since we were only two people they couldn't give it to us. However, during the 40-50 minutes we were there, we noticed that the same table was later given to a single guest. When we asked one of the waiters about it, the response was quite inappropriate and dismissive, which was disappointing and not what we expected from the service. As for food, it was average and unfortunately not up to the mark. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially in terms of customer service.
