Visited Opportunity Cafe recently and had such a heartwarming experience. 💛 We tried the Pizza, Lasagna, Steak, Strawberry Shake, and Blue Lagoon — and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served beautifully. What truly makes this place special is the team. They greet you with genuine smiles and serve with so much dedication and confidence. The vibe is warm, positive, and perfect for adda with friends. Plus, it’s open 24 hours in both North and South Kolkata, which makes it even more convenient for late-night visits. Highly recommend visiting and supporting this beautiful initiative.

This restaurant offers not only delicious food but also a heartwarming experience. The dishes were flavorful, and the staff were kind and attentive. What truly makes this place special is its inclusive spirit ,most of the staffs are specially abled , and it’s wonderful to see them given such meaningful opportunities. A visit here feeds both the heart and the soul.

First ever cafe run by an NGO, which helps differently abled people and girls from being sold to make a living. Both ambience and food is quite tasty. Service is slow which is very understandable because they use induction oven to prepare instead of food. Open mics are also held - hopefully they will be able to make a good name out of themselves.

We Visited Opportunity Cafe, Dum Dum — a truly heartwarming experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and dedicated. What makes it special is their beautiful mission — empowering people with disabilities and giving them real opportunities. Truly inspiring and worth visiting again!

the ambience was nice , the staff were kind , I really appreciate it that they gave a chance to work for the special human beings , but i think atleast for cooking you should hire more staff , we waited we ordered pasta , pizza and fries , after 1hour 45 minutes they just gave us the fries and then more 10 minutes later they gave us the pasta , we ordered red sauce pasta but they gave us white sauce also even after 1 hour they even started making pizza , which is hilarious , so we just ate the fries only , but they were so kind that they have understood thier fault and told us not to pay for the fries but we will paid and told them to give coke to the staff with that money . THANKYOU

Ordered Chicken sandwich and am rating *** Portion size was good for 1 person and the stuffing was not dry and with sauce, mayo and good. Good for a sumptuous breakfast order🍳

Absolutely one of the worst cafe experiences I’ve ever had. The only decent part of the place was the staff — because the food and drinks were genuinely terrible. The cold coffee was served warm. When I asked them to replace it, the second one tasted completely stale and sour, like spoiled milk. I had to send it back again because it was literally undrinkable. I then ordered a cappuccino, and what arrived was just hot milk with two spoons of coffee thrown into it. No flavour, no texture, no proper brewing — nothing remotely close to an actual cappuccino. The pasta took 45 minutes to arrive, and somehow the wait made it even more insulting. The ingredients were clearly not fresh, the taste was awful, and the overall quality was shockingly poor. It honestly felt like badly made cafeteria food being sold at cafe prices. I genuinely cannot understand how a cafe can serve food and coffee of this standard. This was not “average” or “not to my taste” — it was objectively bad. Complete waste of money and time. I would never visit again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they care about basic food quality.
