Ottimo has never let us down; this being our third visit. Yesterday's dinner was even more satisfying since we had guests from abroad and who were coming here for the first time. We had great service from Sourav, who not only tended to each one of a group of 8 but was also mindful of the elderly. We ordered the minestrone soup, pasta, risotto(one infused with the taste of asparagus and the other with chicken & olives), pizza(Margherita, pepperoni & chicken), lobster ravioli & ended the meal with the house special Tiramisu. Every single item was amazing in taste.

We visited Ottimo while staying at the Royal Bengal. It is undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited. They start you off with a warm bread basket accompanied by some beautiful looking and delicious mildly herbed butter. We tried the Ravioli and the pesto pasta. Both dishes were excellent. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re staying at the Royal Bengal.

The pesto pizza was very very dry. The crust was extremely hard and it was chewy. I don't expect such pizza from ITC atleast. I feel normal cafes serve much better pizza than the quality that I got. I did not feel the amount that I paid for the pizza was anywhere justified. The butter ravioli was good but I feel taste needs to improve for pizza.

ITC Royal Bengal and its restaurants are my all time favourite. I can never wait to get back to Royal Vega and the Grand market Pavilion. However, Ottimo had been on my list for a while now and I chose it to celebrate my ITC Royal Bengal and its restaurants are my all time favourite. I can never wait to get back to Royal Vega and the Grand market Pavilion. However, Ottimo had been on my list for a while now and I chose it to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Before I share my review, I'd like to state that the hospitality and the service are impeccable there. The food is also good, except a minor hiccup faced by us. The sauce in our tortellini dish was almost split and when we enquired about it, the chef told us that the dish was prepared at 60°precisely but the butter is gradually separated as it cools down. We consumed the whole dish WITHIN 10 minutes of service. If what the chef said is indeed true, then should this dish even be served!!!( I mean you can't eat it directly off the cooking pan!). Anyways, I'd forget about the sauce in a jiffy if giant sized mosquitoes weren't feasting on me. It was really uncomfortable and unpleasant. I informed the staff about it and after a few minutes, someone with a mosquito racket entered and tried killing mosquitoes around us!!!! (This is the last thing you want to experience when you go for fine dining!). I was so harassed by the mosquitoes and so shocked by the pest control (with a mosquito racket!) that I simply skipped dessert. Honestly, even though the place was upscale, the food was good and the staff was courteous, I couldn't help but recall highway dhaba scenes where you have mosquitoes all around and they use rackets and kachuachaap. One doesn't go to a place like Ottimo just for food.... It's about the whole experience. Needless to say, my experience was really compromised.

the worst experience ever! booked for the tasting 5 course menu but when we were at the restaurant, it felt like everyone was clueless! no proper setting, no table decoration for new year, no views and all this was communicated at the time is making the reservation and they also took an advance of 3000/- didn't understand why as there was plenty of walk ins!! to add to this, pathetic service. thankfully food was ok otherwise the evening would have been a complete disaster. all i can say is that their marketing teams really know how to sell a product. please refrain from visiting. the place has absolutely no class.

As mentioned as a fine dinning Italian restaurant it doesn’t live up to the name… the services are poor.. Not a proper Italian fine dining as it should be… even after stating in booking that it’s my mother’s birthday plus it was new years still the management were poor, services NOT AT ALL GOOD, and IT IS NOT A PROPER ITALIAN FINE DINING AS IT SHOULD BE! Not at all expected from ITC ROYAL OTTIMO

Worst of the worst place after ordering tiramisu we went to the washroom and informed the server, Trisha but when we came from the washroom our table was clear and no chairs to sit there. Someone else was already sitting at how possible to 5 stars
