A repeat customer. Subrata da as usual was great. Always greets us with a warm smile. staffs make oudh warmer. my usual handout spot with my close ones. Food is top notch and so are the people.

Booked via Zomato with a 35% off + 10% cashback offer, but the key condition — that the discount applied only to a limited menu — was not clearly mentioned during booking. We only found out after reaching the restaurant, which felt misleading. When we requested to split the bill to apply the offer on eligible items, the staff responded rudely, which made the experience even worse. Using attractive discounts without clearly stating terms and then handling customers poorly is very disappointing. Definitely not what you expect from a reputed place.

I booked 35% off offer from zomato, no exclusions or special menu was mentioned but as soon as we reached the place they started highlighting it. Moreover when we asked to split the bill so that we can take 35% off on possible items, the staff behaviour was extremely rude. Highly disappointed from a brand like OUDH. First pull crowd showing offer then not providing the offer is nothing but SCAM.
