Kartick Maity was a good assistance. The biryani was not as hot as it should be. Galouti kebab and dessert was delicious

Very poor and discriminative behaviour. The staff made us felt like we did not belong there, made faces and gestures. The outlet called to get a review and when I told them very politely about the incident they disconnected the call on my face. The food was average, my mother makes better biryani and honestly its just a hype restaurant that I took my family to, thinking they could have a day off with good food but was disappointed to my core.

I had a coupon of flat ₹765 on bill above 1500 I maintained a bill of over 2000 with a discount of 20% that is ₹1600, the employee tried to explain some absurd calculations.... even though the zomato calculation should that i could apply the coupon, the employee tried to explain that i cannot avail it... zomato or Oudh kindly take step against this harassment.
