Its my go to place for ice creams.. they have some most amazing ice creams.. all flavours are so unique and flavourfull.. i m torally in love with their south indian filter coffee ice cream..i can literally have it in breakfast, lunch n dinner.. they have some amazing flavour like paan, nolen gur. Caramel, cheesecake ice creams.. go and try now..

Everyone should give a try here otherwise the real taste of ice-cream will not be recognised. Amazing ice-cream, good seating arrangement and amicable hospitality.

Huge collection of ice creams and they had some really unique flavours. Nolen Gur, Anjeer, Tender Coconut were flavours which I really liked. The part I liked was their cone which was very well prepared. In naturals they sometimes overcook the cone and it mixes with ice cream to give that flavour. Compared to Naturals, I felt their ice creams are slightly on the sweeter side.

Visited them after getting a lot of positive feedback from my friends. This is a regular stop for a lot of the people as it is opened till late-night. A popular ice cream brand in Kolkata for sure. Definitely try out their Nolen Gur ice cream which is prepared using Palm jaggery and further topped with the jaggery syrup. Good taste.

Nolen gur was excellent but didn't like kesariya rabri malai because of too much sweetness.its overpriced and staffs weren't cooperative at all.Expected some suggestions.That was my first time at pabrai but i am a big fan of Naturals.

Hi team, I was a big fan of yours icecream till today. I am only writing this email as I want it to be rectified asap. Initially the staff was poking nose continuously while I was having my icecream in the outlet. As there is only one staff at the outlet it is definitely very much unhygienic and irritating at the same time. He then went a side of the outlet where I can see him in the mirror as he is having chocolate/like product licking all his right hand fingers. Even after finishing he just washed the product container with water and put it back where all the containers are kept for serving the customers. This shit happened today while after a quick lunch I went to the outlet to have a good icecream. I am attaching the invoice for your ready reference. I am into the customer service/facing industry for long 15 years and I seriously doubt the intent of the staff and he is even unaware of the basic hygiene/etiquettes.

The person behind the counter earlier said that only two size is available medium and large and then refused to give extra cup, we wanted to split the icecream because the quantity was very less. Then he said that there are paper cups but you'll have to pay for a scoop so when I asked if there was a smaller size why didn't you tell me when I asked earlier. The answer I got was I didn't hear. He answered my question without hearing. WOW!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. there are better and cheaper icecream parlors be just in the next lane. Please go there if you don't want to be disappointed.

The shop at Kankurgachi should be improved. The staff are rude and do not hv the decency to talk. It’s not once but quite many times we hv faced this rudeness from the staff. I think people might stop coming there.

Asked for ice cream 4 times and didn't get any response There were 5 customers in the store and 2 staff I waited for 10 mins and in between that asked for the ice cream 4 times. Really bad service

Worst ice cream and shakes. Please don't purchase the products. It doesn't have any apt taste.. either it's too bitter or too sweet or too bland. Don't waste your money.
