Pan Asian is a brilliant dining destination, offering a vibrant atmosphere and live counters where you can watch your food being expertly prepared. The dishes are well-cooked and satisfying, showcasing a range of flavors from across Asia. However, despite the excellent food and lively ambiance, there's a slight longing for the luxurious experience that establishments like ITC hotels offer. While Pan Asian excels in its own right, those accustomed to the opulence of ITC may find themselves missing that extra touch of luxury. Nonetheless, it remains a fantastic choice for a delightful dining experience.

Went for my birthday dinner. The service was top notch as expected from ITC. The prawn tempura roll was awesome as starter. We ordered Thai green curry with sticky rice. It was outstanding. The fried fish with cashew and chili was satisfactory. The Chinese mango pudding dessert again was an interesting concoction. The cocktail was also outstanding.

We went to dine here on Saturday 21st September. The dim sums were just superb. My wife who doesn’t like dimsums even loved the taste. Cocktails were good. Pad Thai noodles was just too good. So we’re the soups.

Service is top-notch. One of the foods tastes a bit salty, we complained. They immediately changed the item which had proper taste.

Food was nice but we were not given the complimentary cake even after we mentioned that it was our anniversary while making the reservation over phone call.

For a five star it was an extremely horrible experience. Not expected out of an ITC outlet. Walls look like they’ve not been repainted, menus were stuck together with cello tape, menus had pages missing, cutlery given to us were dirty, service was at tortoise speed, felt like I was sitting in some roadside dingy restaurant. The worst.

Had a worst experience of a 5 star in-dining experience,not enough staff to serve and moreover even the food was too disappointing. Not expected. :(
