5star for ambience. cozy and light vibes. we had mocha frappe, chesse balls and hot chocolate brownies with icecream. all of these were great. we enjoyed a good time. pocket friendly and the staffs are too nice and welcoming. must go on random evening.

We had penne pasta in mixed sauce and watermelon mojito. Pasta was delicious and mojito was up to the mark too. Ambience gave cozy vibes truly lived up to its name. The only issue was the service—we had to wait a lot since there were very few waiters, and they weren’t coming upstairs. We even had to go downstairs to call one. Even for payment, we had to wait until someone showed up. Otherwise, everything was good.

We reserved seat but couldn’t get a proper one for about 30 mins. It’s not a quiet place since live music happens and people are talking continuously with a close seating arrangement The coffee was served after 45 mins and 2-3 times follow up. The coffee was average. The Fish Orly as per the price wasn’t worth it.

Worst experience so far in any cafe in Kolkata. I called them before visiting to ask whether they have wifi and plug points, and whether it is work-friendly, as I have to do office work and need a suitable place. They said yes to everything. I arrive and find no plug points in the seating area. They asked me to go to the smoking area and sit. There is only one plug point. I sat there, but no wifi was found there. Then comes the food part, I ordered a lemonade and cream of chicken soup. Two people took and confirmed my order and yet they served me cream of mushroom soup. They simply forgot what I ordered. Let me tell you the cafe was absolutely empty so not sure how they're forgetting the only order they received. Please choose a different place.

Horrible food to say the least. Haven’t had so bad Fish & Chips for a long while. Completely bad quality fish. Table arrangements were as bad as it can get. Such a congested place with small tables.

Excellent food but very bad service. staff needs to be trained.the saff behaviour is very depressing and rude. ruined the experience.
