Simply sublime! I’m sorry for the mess in the photographs. My dad visited Kolkata for 2 days and I asked him to get me a few pastries from Franziska (to bombay). Everything was perfection! (Except for the red raspberry dome - but that’s more of a personal preference. I didn’t enjoy the tartness) The eclairs and the cheesecake were simply mind blowingly good. Wouldn’t miss a chance to eat here again.

I recently visited this place and highlighting the fact that the pricing was on the higher side. Perhaps this was due to the quality of the ingredients or the fact that everything is made in-house at their own bakery manufacturing facility. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the production, but for the average customer, the prices might feel a bit steep for what you’re getting. That being said, there was one standout item: the tarts. These were absolutely exquisite. The moment I took a bite, I knew I was experiencing something special that I couldn’t help but want to take a few packed home. However, it’s worth noting that the staff informed me that the shelf life of these tarts is only 24 hours, which is a bit of a downside if you’re looking to indulge in them at a later time. Still, fresh as they were, they were definitely worth the try. Despite the relatively high prices, the peaceful setting offers a great opportunity, you can easily enjoy each other’s company and savor the pastries at your own pace, without any disturbances from the usual noise or chaos that often comes with popular spots. On the downside, one aspect of the visit that left a negative impression was the washroom situation. Unfortunately, the washroom is shared with another restaurant in the same building, which detracts from the overall experience. It's a small detail, but it certainly stood out in a space that otherwise offered a fairly premium feel.

A blend of classy furnishing...assorted pallette of snackables... courteous barista and an illusive touch of alfresco vibes make this cafe appealing at once. What I didn't like about this cafe is its poorly maintained restrooms as they appeared quite seedy and the tea cuppas needed an eye for hygiene as well.

The staff was hospitable, and people sat for hours without being rushed. lovely desserts, please hype this place One notable downside is that the café doesn’t have its own washroom. Apart from that, it’s a good spot

This is my favourite place. Since many years I love to come here because they have some of the classics which are so good. But today when I came here with my family, I placed my order which was not put into the tab after waiting 30 minutes when I asked for my food, I was told that the order was placed weplaced the order quietly. aglio oglio had zero seasoning totally not up to the mark. it wasn't Fresh, the Kerala sweet cream cold brew was extremely sweet and such a place with a washroom was extremely dirty. The sofa has fabric torn out from bottom which can be seen. The place looks a little rundown. The service was way below the standards, also, the cleanliness hygiene poor.

We took the apple tart, baled cheesecake and raspberry macarons as takeaway, and we were disappointed. The desserts only looked good. The apple tart had a weird bitterness in every bite, we couldn’t even eat it after a few bites. The raspberry macarons were below average, and the cheesecake was a little better but still quite disappointing. The quality of the desserts have dropped significantly since we last visited a couple months ago.

The dessert portions were too small for the price. Overpriced. The taste was nothing extraordinary.

Went for a quick dessert grab and got extremely pathetic experience. We took the eclair which looked perfectly fine but it smelt funny. We thought we r overthinking and gave it a try. After we took it to the staff and asked them to check, they agreed it has gone bad and told us you have to pay for it because it has been eaten. We even told them to not sell the leftover éclairs but they still kept it on display and behaved rudely. We ofc went with an intention to pay and paid for it but there is a way to ask which was ill translated by the staff. Never going again to waste my hard earned money.

My daughter ordered a veg gluten free pasta . After a few minutes of eating it they were informed that they had been given pasta with fish by mistake! As vegetarians this is appalling to us and we extremely upset with the careless standards of service .
