It located opposite to the SBI Belghoria branch near bata more. This restaurant is famous for its biriyani and rightfully so. We had butter nun, chicken reshmi butter masala and mutton biryani. The nun was very soft and tasted wonderful with the reshmi butter masala. Biriyani was very light and quantity wise it was good also. We went there for dinner and thus the decor and ambience looked magical. Staffs were also very courteous. Overall had a great experience there.

Penguin is a restaurant with medium ambience. Visited on Belghoria, Kolkata s outlet. It is like a sweetheart simple restaurant, ambience is alike with other normal restaurant. From this restaurant I always use to order - egg hakka chowmin ( cause I found it tasty as always ) - mutton biryani ( as compare to mutton and chicken biryani, I mostly like mutton biryan) Overall not that much good place but you guys can visit once.

Went to Penguin Food Court a few days ago and ordered the following items: Mutton Handi Biryani, Mutton Roganjosh, Kashmiri Pulao, Peas Pulao, Fish Butter Masala and Fish Fingers. Tastewise, the food was very good, cooked in minimum oil and had moderate spice levels. The Biryani and Kashmiri Pulao are must try, though the mutton was a bit hard (can happen sometimes if the mutton is undercooked). The fish butter masala was delicious as well. Over all, this restaurant serves quality food at a very affordable price. The only thing that I didn't like was their lack of staff, due to which we had to wait for a decent amount of time after ordering the food. My total bill (for 6 items) was Rs. 1220/-. I'd like to order again from this restaurant in the future.

The food is nice and the prices are also moderate........ I tried the kashmiri pulao and chicken manchuria........ it was good.....there ac and non ac seats available

Visited lot of time . My favourite is their special mutton biryani .they will give u mutton alu prawn egg and huge quantity of rice . Taste amazing .love this place

Great atmosphere but avoid romantic dates.Was closed for few weeks( last year) due to bad quality foods( ভাগাড়ের মাংস) Now they are providing nice foods .Irani chicken, Chicken Hariyali , Chicken biryani and any kind of fish items are testy

It's situated in Belgharia Bata. There ambience is medium quality, like regular dining restaurant. Food quality and quantity is good..But not up to the marks. Biriyani's test is good... I've gone this place again and again because it's my home location..

The quality, the taste and the service was absolutely disappointing....I don't think that any of the dishes made in the real-time....I would never go again to this place for any reason...
